Only two days production for 1*40HQ container, about 1300pieces truck camper mattress.

we have three 100-meter-long foam production lines,and main product high-density foam,HR foam, FR foam and memory foam,etc. we can produce 1200m3 foam everyday.

With our horizontal and vertical cutting machines,the large blocks can be cut into different dimensions.

Foam is our fist product. so we must have more competitve on foam mattress, easy to control the quality and the cost.

Rolled packing

For the semi truck mattress size mattress ,we usually make it flat compressed with a plastic bag, then roll up it into a box.Please refer to the above picture.

Packing & Delivery & Payment Terms

Packing: Rolled up packing with carton box

Delivery: 30-40days after got the deposit

Payment term: TT, 30% despost in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
