Kaneman has a 15 years rich experience in export market, at the very beginning, we participate the 5S Locale management and quality improvement project, and every year, successfully pass the ISO 9001 certificate, it is basic quality control process by Kaneman team.
In our daily production, we also use foam fatigue test machine to check the mattress foam tension ,compression and foam resilience.
In the early 2008, we got EN597-1 EN597-2, FMVSS302, BS7177REACH report for European market, and CFR 1633 for US market, they are all the rigid fire retardant standard in the mattress industry.
We also pass the Reach report as it shows our foam are green enough and do not contain 144 kinds of harmful ingredients to human body.
To many customers’ concern, the durability of mattress depends on the quality of spring, in the year 2019, we made the ASTM1566 Cornell Test & Roller Test for our customer, the 100,000 cycle durability test sufficiently show the good quality of Kaneman mattress.
We also have our supplier control system, like the cotton pad environmental friendly certificated, and mattress knitting Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificated.
Besides, Kaneman company keep updating Made-in-china Supplier Assessment Report By SGS and Alibaba Gold Plus Supplier Assessment Report By Bureau Veritas.
